TBRN Support: The Future Of TBRN Problem-Solving...

Greetings,

Today, we are pleased to announce the beginning of work on "TBRN Support" - an improvement to the way we at TBRN handle listener/customer services.

"TBRN Support" is an online support system geared for cross-staff communications and limited reporting of end-user issues, but, as a deployable product, it can be adjusted to meet any support center's needs.

The system is scheduled for real-world testing through active use tracking TBRN Listener and Hosting Customer issues, starting midway through February, and, a distribution package for drop-in installation will be available as a buy-to-download package starting in early March.

We look forward to seeing what our customers have to say about our new attention to customer satisfaction, and would love to hear any feedback you may have regarding "TBRN Support."
